Process
From empty plot to plaster-ready.
Four stages. Scope is fixed in writing before a single brick is to laid. No revised quotes halfway up the slab.
01Foundation
Excavation, PCC, footings and plinth beam. Levels set to the structural drawing before anything goes up.
02RCC structure
Columns, beams and slabs. Steel tied, shuttering set, concrete poured and cured to the agreed grade.
03Brickwork
Walls raised as per the approved plan, with door and window openings framed to drawing.
04Plaster
Internal and external plaster, cured and finished. Handed over ready for flooring, paint and interiors.
Rather than photographs, come and stand on a live site.
Structure work gets covered by plaster. The only real way to judge it is to see it being done, so we would rather show you a site that is running than a folder of pictures.
