Two generations on the same sites.

DS Builders was started in 1995 by Devinder Singh as a labour-rate contracting business in Mohali. It grew into full material contracts. We supply the steel, cement, brick and everything else, priced per square foot and written into an agreement before work begins.

Site work is still run personally by our founder. He is on site through every pour. Thirty years in, he has not handed that part to anyone.

The business side, covering agreements, estimates, billing and client updates, is handled by the second generation. Nothing gets lost between a verbal promise on site and what is actually written down.

That split is the point. You get a contractor who has done this for thirty years, and paperwork that holds up.
